Helping staff and hotel staff Friendly home service Nice place for stay" hotel staff mrinmoy and ching chong treated us well and food test is very excellent made by chef toron.

Need 100% refund back as stay was not pleasant.

The room was stinking. The blankets were too old with stains on it. Bed not at all comfortable. No good quality of towels. Washroom flush was not working, we need to use bucket of water to clear. Later we got the room changed then it was ok. Water was given only when asked every day. Breakfast was not at all good, even though breakfast was included in the cost we opted to go outside.

Hotel staff is really very rude. No room service. The room was completely unhygienic it was completely covered with dust and humid smell was there. Even body saver was expired from year 2018. We get breakfast at 11 am and quality was very poor. I never recommended this hotel to anyone completely wastage of money. ( after all these things i made complaint to make my trip customer services when they call back to hotel staff they don't even ) i also recommend to avoid mm t

Bed headboard broken, water in bathroom not draining and flooding, restaurant not running lack of chef, bar not open either, a/c stopped working, breakfast where no toaster to toast, no coffee employees clueless, front desk lacking experience not willing to call taxis for rides

There was some company promoting their packages at the pool are and outsiders were permitted to come inside coz of which the guest privacy was getting disturbed
