Slum area bad smell everywhere no cleanliness maintained they didn't allow us to have dinner in our room, and outside there are lots of mosquitoes. Washrooms are stinky. Limited food options for limited time 4kms away from panjim city. Road construction is going on. Entrance is too small. Not connected to any tourist place booked the stay here for scenic view. But once you go there it is not as expected. River view is very good but overall not a value for money stay in 2000 you will get decent stay in panjim city area

The place is really cool and in the heart of nature located in village about 4 km from panjim goa. Clean room and nice hospitality and tasty food and overall situation out there. Definately looking forward to visit again

So this place is beautiful just like the pictures. It has a decent open space, we'll decorated space with the amazing river facing sitting garden. They've a small pool and in-house restaurant for food. The room we stayed in was a bit small. Water bottle and a small refrigerator was given. Very calm, and the owner is pretty helpful as well. Food deliveries are allowed, so you can try great food around. Wi-fi is also available, and we also got bike on rent here.

Location was sounding little shady as we were approaching the place but when we got to our room it was nice and cozy. When we checked for any water view room, we were shown another room and that was a better buy, so with a partial difference in tariff we chose the other room and believe me it was so so good and view was to appreciate a lottt.

Poor hospitality, acs were non-functional, inclusive breakfast was worst they only serve up-ma every day, mattress were hard, you are driving your car here is a big task because it has very narrow roads, bathroom is unhygienic, broken switch boards, bed bugs, you won't get any sort of transportsation from this property and manager is commercial money minded he charged money for keeping my bag at reception for 2hrs

Worst ever stay we had and we checked out on the same day even we had for 2 days. There were no hot water and even tap has some electricity current issues. Never got satisfactory response from owner and worst bedroom.

I love the way they treat guests and their hospitality as well. Foods like homemade and tasty so i recorded you to try at least one of their meals. To be honest ; this guest house gives us the sense of nostalgic i mean i remember my childhood. The swimming pool is small but clean and cozy located near the river.

No road to reach the hotel all cabs deny to go road conditions is too bad. Walking also not possible
