my stay at sinq edge began on a disappointing note. upon arrival, i requested the receptionist to arrange a room with two separate beds, as i was traveling with my cameraman. initially, the receptionist was accommodating and started looking into the arrangements. however, his senior abruptly intervened and flatly announced that such a room was unavailable. when i pointed out that his junior was already making arrangements, the senior informed me that it would cost an additional ₹1,000-2,000 per night beyond what we had paid. when we asked to see the room before making a decision, he refused, claiming it wasn’t clean, even though we were checking in more than an hour after their prescribed check-in time. we requested to see the room once it was ready, but despite staying for five nights, he never showed us the room. his reasons remain unclear—was it because he assumed we wouldn’t be able to pay the extra charge? additionally, i was carrying some theplas with me. one evening, i asked the restaurant attached to the hotel if they could warm the theplas for me. they categorically refused, citing their policy of not allowing outside food. i wasn’t even planning to eat it in the restaurant—it was just a simple request to warm the food. even five-star hotels accommodate such requests for their guests, so this response felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming.

Clean room comfortable stay polite staff got my room before the check in time as i arrived early so that was a major plus point for me !

Excellent hotel. Resturant is also cheap. Stuffs are well behaved. Hotel is very neat and clean. Free room service for serving food

a little problem of moisture in d room on 1st day.the hotel staff told it's due to a chilled AC room jst below my room bt on d 2nd day everything was fine.

Location is good. Just close to goa university. Food is just ok, not that much variety. Swimming pool on top terrace is welcoming and wonderful experience

Excellent room and ambience with a small pool. Special mention to the restuarent with super food. Kids may like chicken noodles which they have made without spice, must try food fish thali, squid rosted. Only thing i noticed is when we are entering in to pool nearby a small bar counter and smoking hub is there. Nearby we can see a dumping yard far away from the property but the smoke smell may come during pool time. But in the room there are no such issues.

This was my fourth stay at sinq edge. The peoerty food quality and services are excellent. I specially like sweeming pool and there hospitality. I will book the same property at my next booking

The bed was in a bad condition. The food was pathetic. They didn’t not had a first aid kit with them. The pool timing was not mentioned earlier as we booked this hotel because of the pool and we couldn’t even enter there. The lift was horrible we left like we were about fall. Overall i won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a very bad experience.

Hotel is far away from panjim, reaching takes time and it is closed to dumping ground no view, hospitality was bad, no proper service given even after calling, bar staff was also rude when he came to room service for juice payment, not calculating the food bills while check out need payment on the spot, hotel is in dark inside the passage, no room services, to even collect the food plates, have been staying in ginger, experience was good, as i have been visiting frequently to goa, but i will not opt this hotel, pool service was told will start at 9am but door was locked, what is the use of pool after 12, we leave for our routine work which have come, over all experience was not good, lift was also bad in condition.

The hotel stay was good, the swimming pool location was quite interesting and looked like it was in singapore. Lift seems to be difficult to operate. Overall the hotel was good.
