Excellent location in candolim. Wide choice and daily variety in breakfast buffet delux rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming staff was courteous and prompt beach just 5 mins walking distance overall an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Worst property. Property manager dont have sence. Too much force for check out. After placing main course order and asking for onion. They say they are chargeable. Zero star to this hotel

Hotel location is in prime place of goa, parking is cramped, rooms don’t have double glassed windows, therefore traffic noise from outside is disturbing, breakfast is good, spa is very refreshing i recommend irwin masseuse.

The hotel is very mismanaged. Looks better in pictures than in real. The gentry is bad. I had a random man ring my room bell looking for someone. People are peeping to the poolside from their room lobbies. Very small pool compared to the size of the hotel/ capacity. No staff available to manage the car parking. I handed them my car for parking and was surprised next morning to see the car windows fully rolled down, filled with mosquitoes inside. Half the massage options in their spa menu were not available. Breakfast buffet quality and variety was just average. I am never coming back to this property!

Very small washrooms and average property. Only lobby looks premium but inside courtyard area has a pool which causes humidity and noise. Would say, just average

I booked 2 rooms with breakfast on family vacation, it was awesome stay, good food, great hospitality. Breakfast was very good, lot of variation, and other than that i can have lunch or dinner at a price with discount which is even more value of money than local restaurant at candolim

The room smelled bad. The reception guy was extremely rude. There are much better options available please don't go to acacia. The reception fellow behaved as if we are going to steal something while checking out. There was nothing in the room except damo towels and smelly sheets. They will call you multiple times to check out even before it's your check out time even though hotel is empty due to monsoon. No proper service during breakfast buffet as well.

I had a wonderful stay at acacia hotel and spa, where everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's elegant ambiance, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities, including a beautiful pool and a relaxing spa, made for a perfect getaway. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The delicious food and stunning views from the rooftop restaurant were an added bonus. I highly recommend acacia for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Location is convenient and at the heart of candolim, which makes it easy to travel to nearby tourist locations. The hotel staff, food and hygiene is professional and well maintained.

Day 1 as we reached by 1 pm & entered the hotel we loved the ambience, they great-ed us with kokam drink & later same night we went to there in-house restaurant nova rooftop dining & bar, and what an amazing vibe, we totally enjoyed the service by moumita & live music by pushpendra barman. Food was amazing had a wonderful day. Also there were cockroaches in the room but we ignored because we loved the ambience. Day 2 as we started with day 2 we had a very very disappointing behaviour from the staff. As they have started some renovations they even closed the swimming pool for same so we opted for spa for relaxation but that was the biggest mistake we did, firstly i went to ask about the prices the lady i don't know the name but 2 ladies are appointed in spa section, they didn't gave us proper information about spa prices. So as per there saying if i take one more person with me we will get 50% off on our bill so with that excitement we went in there and told her that we all 4 will opt for aromatherapy massage which was something 2700 with taxes. Firstly when we asked her for total bill without even informing that the bill she gave us is of only for 2 persons she took 2 people for the massage and later when it was other 2 peoples turn she didn't take the money or didn't even tell us that we have to pay the 2nd installment, she took us for the massage and later she tells us that as per her statement and her "assumption" she thought we will add the bill in our check out bill. So after the spa she tells us that we have to pay the remaining. So due to her poor communication skills we faced a lots of issues and when we tried to have a conversation with the manager mr. Shashikant pande - very very very rudest person who was blaming us for there staffs mistake, that we were not cap-ale to understand the offer she explained us, and later where that lady has accepted her mistake in-front of all the person present at the reception, and still he was arguing with us till end. This is how they value there guests. Also with the managers arrogant behaviour he said we will give this spa massage as complimentary but we didn't wanted to accept such kind of arrogance so we paid whatever it was from our end. Also while checking out we waited for 10 15 mins to see if anything is left from our end and then we left and after 4 hours they remember a bill of 3k and call us and tell us to pay that. So what more can we expect from them? the clearance about the management of the acacia. I would suggest never visit acacia as staff over there are arrogant except for 2-3 people. What is use of the ambience the food the rest when staff is not behaving properly. Thanks for the experience at your hotel.

The AC in the room was not good at all. The room temperature was too cold. I switched off the AC whole room used to start sweating, and everything would be wet. Otherwise the hotel is good. Nice location.
