I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, the room was very good and clean, the staff was very courteous too. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties.

Location, services, staff and food was good. It was a comfortable stay at a very reasonable cost. The staff is really helpful and the food has good variety.

The property is far away from the beach, approximately 15km away. On mmt, it was showing that it has spa services, but it doesn't. Rooms are spacious. I didn't like the food they served. Complimentary breakfast has very little option to have. I ordered chicken biryani they served me a few chicken pieces with stirred rice. This property doesn't match the level of fern i have stayed before.

Its very darken shady place nobody to escort our bags. We have to go ourselves to reception with baggage. Milk powder of bad quality, sugar crystalised, didnt refilled milk tea sugar. When we called in room. Lunch bhaji, roti and dal, it came without bowl only plates. We happened to go to pool, area to go their was isolated. Health club and spa, cant figure out in property. When we called for bowl for lunch, then till we left we havent got bowl.

Since when we got room made complaints for non functioning of AC in your room in all club room and due to this my wife suffered a long health problem’s due to non functional of AC whole night. Hotel staff assured for resolution but nothing was done till the evening of 04/11/2024. You shifted us in another room where too the AC was not in functioning and you changed the category of rooms also. In view of above your all failed efforts we made complaints to your duty manager and asked for refund We made complaints your staff denied to talk to them. We asked them for hotel food bill additionally consumed by us they denied for giving us for bill which we were ready to pay now after lots of problems and confirmation we all 11 person including children 4 lived your hotel. Thank for your all bad experience service.

Property is located 15 mins from the airport with most prominent south goa beaches upto colva within 30-35 mins. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is average. Breakfast spread is very thin. Staff is not helpful, so the service part is a bit slow. Plan your taxi, dont depend on the hotel.

Amazing place to stay at. Good ambiance. Amazing rooms. Definitely a must try. Fully cooperative staff specially srikant mahato was very helpful. Would definitely love to visit again

It's a beautiful property well located near the mumbai highway. Staff is excellent, food is great and rooms are very well maintained. More suitable for work than holidays.

32 " tv provided in 4 star hotel and not ready to exchange after request. Old proerty. Renovate 2 nd floor but 1 st floor is hope less

Bad points: 1. The room gates were old and rusted 2. Bathroom locks weren't working 3. There were no doorbells 4. Ac remotes were not working 5. Bathroom flushes and taps were too tight to use good points: 1. The staff was welcoming friendly 2. Food was good in the restaurant

The property and the rooms are good but for some minor issues. The flooring tiles in the room were loose and bloated from time and water seepage, resulting in their bloating out, and cream when you walk and or tread the floor. It could get quite dangerous should you walk bare feet and the tiles were to break. The toilet ceiling looked like it had water leaks there with the ceiling having dark spots of fungus and moisture. The toilet seat was old and look decrepit giving a not so comfortable feeling. However the staff from front office, housekeeping and maintenance were prompt in their service and response. Restaurant staff were also very good and efficient. This property has a lot of greenery and is in proximity to the bits goa campus and the dabolim airport. Will visit again
