Worst experience. Location is near to palolem beach but there is no proper road to reach the hotel, you need to walk 250m from main road to reach the hotel. Breakfast was included in our package but the same was not provided. Insects cockroach were there in room, kitchen. Room was not cleaned properly. Ac was not working properly.

The place is a perfect weekend getaway. It's just 30 meters from the beach, rooms were comfortable.

Property location is very nice, almost 50 meter from palolem beach. But room was not nice, the moldy smell was all over in the room, ac was leaking over the head. While booking property it was shown that breakfast is available in booking but there was no breakfast service, they told kitchen is not functioning. Staff were nice. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

This property is having a very vey bad situation currently. This is having a simple tea- coffee system in the hotel. The entrance of this property is horrible in monsoon & people can't have get out due to pathetic road condition just in-front of the main gate. Only good thing is the location.

When I search this hotel then I see good photos but when I reached there it was worst experience in my life 😓😓😓. There rooms are very shity. Don’t go there please

Ceiling fan is not effective in any cottage. Even ro water is also guest have to fill by itself. Location is good.

Washroom facilities very bad. Many insects effected us & after complaining nothing change. Not clean the room properly every time.

The rooms were really nice, but not completely safe they had see-through window and were covered with curtains which is not safe according to me. Also they didn't had hot water. No tv also available in room. Overall it was a nice stay

Yes definitely I would like to share the picture and information about how the hotel it is not called a hotel it was a hut which looks like a refugee camp. There is geyser for hot water to have bath🛀. They have provided AC and fan in winter who will utilize it more and the water so chilled cannot have bath as well. I paid for the room for 4 nights and stayed there for only 1night the next day i check out as the toilet is not clean stains and there is no proper hanger to hang clothes it really looked like a refuge camp. When ask the person who runs the place said we have mention about those things are simple so i told that there are some basic things required. So i left the next day it self.

1) worst experience, the room was terrible. After spending the money if the room wasn't satisfied it's very bad. 2) as it's a wooden cottage, the entire cottage was shaking 3) no hot water provided 4) not receiving the call
