Terrible Stay

My family had a terrible experience with the hotel and its staff. I booked my hotel room with pool view from the balcony. When our family visited the hotel, the staff person asked for the id cards and he started doing the formalities which is expected from the hotel and we were asked to wait in the hall by the time they finish the formalities. After few mintues the staff call-led out my name rather than reaching out to me and telling me that the rooms were read for checkin. Which felt a little bit unprofessional. Anyways when we checked in our first room, the room was full of bad smell like some dead animal was in the roo. The staff confirmed that the room was full of smell. We were then given another room which was not the type of room i booked and then the staff appologies saying that they have given the wrong room and we were given the 3rd room. In the 3rd room the we had isssues with ac. The sound of ac was so loud that i had headache staying in that small room with loud ac noise. The housekeeping team told that the ac motor is bad because of which we had so much of noise in the room. The 4th room which we got didn't had the charging slots working on both the side of the bedsides and ac did made a little nose and cooling was not effective, but i lost my patience and told them it ok and didn't want to change the room anymore. The change of rooms was not quick as it took me whole day and finally at 9 pm my family had a room. The food i ordered pannier butter masala was pathetic, the panner was like rubber and curry was like co-loured water. I also noticed that the staff memebers had gutka in the mouth and felt like they didn't know anything about hotel management. Never in my life i would recommend this hotel to anyone

Good property, staff is so very humble and cooperative. Only the issue is not a beach resort. 7 mnt walk away from beach. Very peaceful place.

My experience with turtle beach resort is average. I would highly appreciate the 5 star rating for hotel staff behaviour and promptness to resolve any issue. I would give a 4 rating for the location. But, facilities in the hotel related to room, amenities etc, i would rate it as 2. We had booked executive room garden view with breakfast. Food quality and options were not up to the mark, rating 2 for it. Overall, it's a good option for budget friendly stay in goa.

The property is nice and maintained. Breakfast is good. I have mixed opinions on a la carte menu. Sometimes it is good sometimes it is average. Rooms are nice and maintained. Staff is quick to respond

Turtle beach resort is very good place for stay in north goa in morjim staffs are polite and good in service food at restaurant is awesome in taste rooms and washroom are very clean and maintain well swimming pool also maintained well beach is 2km from property so you need your vehicle to reach der but overall stay is very nice at place

Best pocket friendly hotel in the area around morjim beach. The beach is at walkable distance from the hotel. The property is very good and rooms are also spacious and neat.

Hotel staff is good and very cooperative but as per rating on mmt 4 star rating hotel we don't find it of that class even hotel way it was highlighted not single beach within range on 1. 5 kilometres and basis of executive and deluxe category rooms no difference hence cost is very high

We had a timely check in and check out, the room was upgraded to a deluxe room, the pool was also clean. Beach is 2 km away from the hotel location and the beach was also clean there were no fans in room only ac was there. Wifi had a decent speed. Apart frok that complimentary breakfast was good with different options every day like parathas, poori sabji, dosa, idli, omlette, tea, coffee, juice, fruits etc. Cleaning was also available for roos where we asked for that and they changes towel also with new ones.
