The room was big with a comfortable balcony to sit and relax. There were decent breakfast options. The major issue was with electricity. There was a loss of electricity multiple times. Though there was power backup but loss of electricity multiple times it spoil t the mood. Overall a decent budget friendly hotel

Location is good. The rooms are a 2 star. Very dirty and shabby and smelly. They charged me 3, 000- it's worth 700. I checked out in the evening itself. They need a lot of maintenance. Staff is unfriendly. They avoid answering to guest queries. Bathroom has foul smell. Washbasin is choked. Swimming pool is like a bathtub. There is construction going on around the hotel. This was a terrible experience. Please dont waste your money.

Rooms have very thin walls. Can hear the neighbours. Very small hotel. Narrow passageways. Can be a safety issue if the need for evacuation arises. Passageways are blocked by extra beds being dumped there. Front office checkin experience very poor. Lot of paperwork. They take signatures of all the guests on checkin forms. They even want signature on a paper listing house rules. Not recommended to stay here.

Hotel service was okay but they charge for breakfast additionally. Although when it was booked breakfast was visible or the booking page but they charged us extra. “hotel” was pathetic

The room was though upgraded but the location is not so great. Value for money is good. The breakfast is just normal. The food is not worth.

Pathetic customer sevice. At the time of booking they offered king size bed, but actually they gave queen size bed. Towels were stinking and the refeptionist at the time of check in and check out was so snobbish. Pathetic experience

Overall experience was good at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was good. But i found very astonishing thing at the hotel that they clean your room without informing you even when you are outside of hotel. I had gone out of hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with room keys. Even though motive behind it was good, i found this as breach of privacy as hotel have access to your room without permission.

It was an amazing stay for 2 days. We’ve been here the past 3 times and each time it does not disappoint. The location, staff, and other amenities are great. They even upgraded our room upon request.

Hotel’s location is excellent, staff behaviour was great and helpful, 45 to 50 mins from dabolim airport, very short distance to aguada fort, dolphin point, simquerim beach. Overall excellent experience.
