Rooms are decent and very helpful staff. This homestay is very close to the beach and we can spend good time outside at night as well

The location was superb. But facility wise needs to be better as per their charges. Reaching the location was very difficult when any vehicle came in the opposite direction, any one should go back to pass.

Good sea view from the room on first floor. Geyser works very well. Room size is large, good & clean. The steps are too steep. Nice family managed homestay on gokarna main beach with parking.

Terrible Stay

The place is not comfortable, room, bathroom are not of standards. Entering to the homestay is very narrow. Difficult to get a car parking. This is not worth spending 6k rupees foe 2 rooms for a night. Worth 1k rupees for a room per night. I would not blame the property owner, but would make make my trip responsible. You should have inspected the property and understand the worth of it. Infact i would appreciate if i get refunds of at least 50% of my money being a very frequent user of makemytrip. I would appreciate if i get a call from customer care to discuss this matter. I just had a pleasant stay the day before in another hotel in mangalore booked through makemytrip

The crystal inn gave me a pathetic experience the room was stinky and in a messed situation. The washroom was not at all cleaned i left the place immediately. When asked for help customer care executive arg failed to help and speaking to him was worst experience too. The area manager went to the place and stated he found the place in good condition which is not acceptable. I insist to take strict action against property, customer help and specially on area manager. Thank you

I have travel-led to this stay along with my family. I have booked 3 rooms in this stay. This stay was not couple friendly. Only the 1st floor rooms are worthable. There won't be privacy in the bathrooms. The roof was built with tiles. So that the persons in the other bath rooms can hear the sound in our bathroom. Management has to take proper action on this to make a proper closing to the bathrooms. The road is too narrow to reach this stay. Hardly a car can go to this stay. Even a tempo traveler can't reach to this stay. We could have a nice view to the arabian sea from this stay. This stay was located exactly at the gokarna main beach. Bedsheets and pillows are not hygienic. Towels they have provided was too old. We can't use those towels. Mattresses are coir spring-ed mattresses which we have faced a little bit uncomfortable. The parking which was showed in the pics is of paid parking which is of 300- per day which belongs to the beside stay of this crystal beach home stay. Free parking is of only for 1 car for the entire stay. The worst thing is with the locks. Locks which they provided was too old. I have opened 2 locks with 1 key out of 3 rooms which i was booked. It could be a nice stay for bachelor's not for couples. Where you could have your drinks at the beach infront of your stay. There are lot more cafes on the beach beside to this stay to have nice food and drinks.
