The non-ac room was not neat and clean. Rooms and washroom had foul smell. Room and bathroom were suffocating as there was no proper ventilation. The private beach was well maintained and food served was good.

I booked via mm t and got a good discount. The hotel location was awesome. It was a sea facing room. I was able to enjoy the beautiful view from the room itself. From the hotel, beach is at a walkable distance. There is a restaurant inside the property itself. The food was okay. I wish it could have been a little better.

Very good stay. The restaurant is also very good with good vegetarian options as it's located on beach it is easy to go only issue is the road that we have to travel to reach the hotel. It's very narrow. One suggestion is it would be good if they provide kettle in the room. We can have coffee or provide milk to kids when restaurant is closed

I stayed here in april for 2 days in deluxe ac room. It is a lil hot during this time of the year so i would recommend getting an ac room only. It was a lovely stay literally 50m from the beach, there is a proper place to rinse off sand. A lot of cafes surrounding the property and you can see the sunset from here itself after a tiring day. Internet is a lil slow so make sure to ask for wifi. The road to the property is narrow but property itself is big you easily park car/bike in front of your room. Also safe for women traveling. Worth every penny honesty.

The property is at an excellent location but the only drawback is that last couple of meters stretch is a very narrow road. The room was very clean, spacious and just some foot away from an awesome beach. The in house restaurant has great options to satisfy your cravings. Overall great stay.

You can directly walk into the beach from the stay. The location is good, not much crowd and very clean beach which makes it very peaceful and enjoyable even at night. The struggle is to reach the location in very small roads where only one car can go but entire gokarna interior roads are pretty similar. Rooms are good but the non-ac rooms were too much suffocating due to the weather itself. Try for ac rooms if available. Food is also good.

Excellent place to stay. We took the sea facing room. The room was super spacious and room and washrooms were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Even though our return bus was at night and we checked out at 10 in the morning. The staffs provided us with a spare room to change and freshen up. Food is also very good. I will especially miss sitting and enjoying the sea breeze from the front deck. I would highly recommend people to choose this place to stay in gokarna.

Average washroom slightly expensive basis the condition of the rooms staff was good and helpful some minor repairs needed in door, table, windows
