nice people 👍 they just don't carry your luggage to the room. I felt rest all services are good. Excellent beach view. Just 2.5km from the property.

The stay was located in a very good area with a private beach and secluded from the city. Food was great but a little expensive. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Room did not have table or cupboard for storage which was a little problematic.

Actually i prefer it cause of seen rating but i lost my money its not good as well as staff is not co operative. It's not sutaible for family there us no attached toilet children and women's facing trouble. Me and my friend not feel well in thus stay.

Good location. Non ac rooms. Beach facing rooms are small. it's a bit high as they don't even include breakfast. They will arrange a bonfire for you for extra charges. Menu is good but high price. Overall average rating. Forgot to mention, exactly in front of this property, only the fisherman catches fish and lay down their nets. It stinks.

My stay was average at love temple. Not enjoyed so much. Bathroom was not at all good. No hot water and some times ni water at all. Resturant was not in working state. But location of the property is right in front of beach which is good factor. But these guyes can give much more in same price. I feel overpriced, minimum amenities.

Our recent hotel stay was a pleasant experience overall. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. We especially enjoyed the convenient location and the delicious breakfast options. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again in the future. Only concern was having common washroom with tent stay but ther were clean as well

Location was good, however we were provided tent with no attached bathroom which was horrible, that should have been mentioned separately while providing the room details? for rs 2200 it’s not worth

No hospitality, poor food preparation, no geyser, lack of co ordination and un cooperative staff. Common toilet in front of our room which was stinking badly. Even in request they didn't exchange room even in availability

They stay place is road is not good multiple times powercut but dg was not turned on whole night no proper sleep price of the beverages are too high not suitable for family

The property is located in front of beach but few basic things were missing in room, hangers for clothes chair inside the room. The road to reach the property is very narrow food is very costly the area in front of hotel is not very clean as it is the fishing area. Sea view is awesome little bit of walk we can reach the gokarna beach

Homestay with a beach view is what made our stay experience wonderful. Cleanliness was maintained and affordable homestay, food seems quiet costly than usual yet tasty food was served.

The room was well maintained, water bottle, soap, towel was provided on arrival. The stay is affordable, but food prices are high like a 5 star hotel. The photos are slightly different compared to real. No hangers available to tang the clothes. No hot water is available. But a water coil heater is given for the usage.

We, a family of two adults and a two kids stayed for five days at famstel. Property is located right on the beach. A bit far from the main gokarna beaches, but quiet and restful. Rooms are fine without air conditioning and television. Food is good.
