Ok. This was very good hotel, this is middle of city, walkable to temple, beach, bus stop, market etc. Room was clean and spacious for 3 people, near to om restaurant and attached to om international

It’s very smelly not good i have booked ac but they are giving non ac no ventilation it’s bad experience

Never recommended to stay in the ground floor like room no 204( non ac) and room no 205(ac. Not spacious. Room cannot accommodate even your belongings. One window glass is broken in the ac room in room no 205. Room stings a lot and it's very old. If you are with your kids, never even think of ground floor rooms. Rent is too high here. Other floor rooms may be good. Location of hotel is good, near mahabaleshwar temple and beach. Behavior of staffs are good.

Hotel doesn't have room service of food, room has 2 single cot beds combined and bathroom isn't sanitized. Apart from that room has good ac, clean beds and safety for car parking. Especially room was in ground floor near main road which is good for coming and going.

It is very basic rooms, clean rooms, gave towel and soap, if you want to stay a night it is good for this price. No elevator, not good for senior citizens.

Talking about the room, everything was fine the fan is a bit slow as it is old. To increase the speed, a new high speed fan should be installed. Everything else is fine.

The rooms were clean. The location was helpful, connecting the temple, beach and transport services. Rent charges are a little expensive.

As per other users indeed the space is only for beds not much space but others were okay like location is near to temple 900mtrs or so.

First the receptionist arranged our stay on the 2nd floor and a room where there is 0 ventilation and fan is not working. Then i had to go down to change my room, they gave us one more where the washbasin was leaking and no fan for one of the bed. Then, i called the receptionist and she says i can't change the room again, saying it's my duty to check the rooms. I don't understand if i am running the hotel or they are. After a big fat argument, we adjusted in the previous room itself. The cleaning staff especially 2 ladies will curse you if you tell them anything. Typical village ladies who don't want to work, they will scan you from top to bottom. I would recommend never to firstly visit gokarna, and if you do, never book it in here.

My booking already 27 may to 28 may i also paid booking amount. My journey is start then i extend date 26 may to 27may i paid booking amount. Make my trip directly cancel and display your booking amount not refundable but i stay 26 to 28 and hotel demand me extra 1500- i also paid this extra money.

Auto driver take us to that location or lodge, food & all we were had outside hotel's only. Totally over all ok. And next is murudeshwar lodge today.

I have booked two a/c rooms. Worst experience. No room service. No lift. No responsible staff. Reckless answers by staff. Very small and con-jested room.

The hotel is ok. The main issue is had changed too high around 1000 extra for booking even after providing discount the actual price for one day stay in the hotel, but charged me. This is too high. W

Stayed with family for 2 days the rooms and washrooms were not clean. There was no lift and we were put in 2nd floor. With our family members being seniors, it was a tough time to be go to places as each time we had to climb 2 floors.

Central location near bus stand. Check in at om hotel. Hot water very hard to work out. Clean and sufficient room. Noisy because near road, so constant horns and late night arrival of noisy guests who don't realise others are sleeping at 3am. 10 minute walk to temple and beach. A little costly. Nice helpful friendly staff.
