It was great experience, they are very helpful. Arrangements were perfect. Close from the beaches and also station. Perfect location. The manager was friendly and guided us through out our stay.

the rooms are very spacious, hot water available 24×7. we ordered home cook food,which was very good .staff is very helpful and kind. thanks to kamat lodge(gokarna). Will visit again soon.

We loved our stay at kamat lodge. Room was huge, clean and tidy. Very family friendly and the staff are very polite too. Also it's at a walkable distance from the temple and also some good restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

This was suggested by my friend and as i expected everything looks good only other than a little bit of maintenance issue. Management is good. Bathroom is good and hot water is also available 24/7. Finally, very near to the beach and bus stand.

It's a very old building, but good for a night stay. Parking was provided which was really helpful and it is near the temple.

We stayed for 3nights at kamat lodge. It's located in the centre of the town. Mahadev ji is very helpful person. He arranged everything we needed. From pickup drop to sightseeing. Walkable distance from the mahabaleshwar temple. He helped us with early check-in. As we have a kid he gave us a kid friendly room. Resturants, bike rentals cabs etc are near by. I will definitely recommend everyone who is going to plan gokarna to stay here for sure. Thanks for everything.

Very nice rooms and service. Mahabaleshwar temple is near. Gokarna main beach is on walkable distance. Suggest everyone to stay here

The location was good rest was not okay, and there is no proper hotel reception. This was the second bad hotel of my this trip. There is no lift, and my parents can't climb steps, no proper entrance. Good for bachelor may be not for family. Hotel staff is good. But the rest all need lots of improvement.

The lodge is right at the middle of the town, so those who are traveling solo and wants to explore the town, it's ideal for them. But the place is not clean. The blankets and the pillows were stinking. There is no lift so it's not recommended for old people. It's a good value for money but i would rate it average due to other aspects i mentioned above.

There’s no restaurant facility in kamat lodge, gokarna. This is causing inconvenience. Also there’s no lift facility. Old age pilgrims have no other way except yo use stairs all the way to 2 floors. Management should consider these two aspects to make the stay happy for the occupants!

I was here with my mother for a pooja, the hotel owner was gracious to extend our stay till 7pm. And the rooms are also nee t and clean, ac works fine and even the on demand breakfast was served hot and it was delicious. Though this is a tourist place, usually people deal with commercial mindset. Which i appreciate the owner and caretaker.
