Terrible Stay

Property is on the beach but terribly maintained. This place is not at all suitable for family with kids. Poor hygiene, constant sewage smell, multiple red stains on bedsheet. We have booked the room for two days, but we left the property the next day.

Excellent location. Sea beach is at a throwaway distance and quite a clean beach with an excellent view. Friendly staff and clean place given the beach's proximity where air carries sand, literally. Food is quite tasty but unorthodox. Prices are reasonable given its proximity to beach and please remember any beachside places are costlier than normal across gokarna.

The stay is comfortable and the staff are polite and welcoming ! the only flaw is their parking and there are many pros of this stay like beach front and easy access. It has good balcony and ventilation. The stay is very couple friendly and had a pretty good privacy. Overall the property is pretty good for the budget travellers

Ocean breeze resort is a good place to stay for family. Couple of suggestions 1. The resort can explore to have a separate parking lot near the resort, which will help for senior people and children. 2. Can explore more options of vegetarian dishes

It's quite difficult to find a location. There is no parking. You have to park the vehicle at pay and park it's around 600 metres from the hotel. It's not for family. The room is ok.

Hi, the room is normal with good clean bathroom. The hot water is instantly coming up. The room is opposite to the beach and cool breeze in the evening and late night with good tasty food items from the resorts.

The stay is very comfortable and convenient. They have a restaurant of their own in which breakfast is good but lunch and dinner were so-so type. The hotel is located on the beach so it gives a good view of the sea while having food. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

As the days passed we fell in love with the location. I must say that this resort is at the cleanest and isolated beaches. You can have fun in the sea anytime. The resort service guys are chill here.

I've stayed there with my friends. Very safe and comfortable stay. All the staff members were very friendly. Cottage is near to beach. Quite impressive.

Poorly maintained without any parking

The path towards the stay was narrow and unconventional. No parking available. Nothing good about the food either. Looks like just about enough for bachelors. Non of the rooms are beach facing. The maintenance around the property is also pathetic. Sea shore is filled with lumps of plastic waste and door/locks are so rusty that we were barely able to close the door.

Pathetic stay. The location of this stay is great but it is not maintained. We were expecting a serene beach stay, however all we saw was dirty beaches and no cleanliness. The ocean breeze resort was nowhere close to what we saw on mmt. The room was ok, but there was no cafe and hence no food. It was as if everything was in maintenance which they should have told while booking. We also did not find any dedicated staff personnel to call for any requirement, we had to ask for drinking water bottle which came in from some nearby shop. Because of this we cut short our trip as this we were not expecting in our relaxing holiday to gokarna. The beach stay place is almost 4 km away from main gokarna and there were no restaurant or shops where we can get decent food. I am enclosing the pics for your review.

Rooms are good. We enjoyed our stay with friends. This place is very near to beach and staff guided us to the location as we reached very late at night

It's a villa with ground and 1 st floor reaching it will take walk through the beach with an entrance at a common point shared by other properties at night it may be darker as no lights on path hotel persons are kind enough to send persons to shift luggage suitable for group stay. Family stay less recommended. Beach is just in front of the property.

The experience was terrible. The resort is under construction and you will get to see the construction at site and as it is connected to beach the beach is not even worth as it was fill with waste.
