This hotel does not have amenities which they have mentioned worst staff and if u say the problem also they won’t rectify

Booked villa, out of 4 ac only 1 was working. We had lot of hustle to shift to room, finally once we moved to room, then acs were working but remote were not there. Food was not good and service was even worst, charges were super high, location is not good as there no other options.

Non maintained cottage rooms with free insects and lizurt company, mattresses are not good condition, ac hardly working, no towels in room, felt like west of money not worth half the money spend. Service and ordered food was again lo quality overall bad experience will suggest people to stay away from this i booked with breakfast which due make my trip voucher mistake denied to me which don't have regret as sure it won't be good

The property is neat and clean. I am not happy with the timing of everything like breakfast lunch and dinner. Its look like school. They have to increase the time for all.

It is great property but badly maintained water logging in the bathroom s solar hot water comes after emptying 10 buckets of water by then we become restless bathroom s we’re stinking with water stagnation

I cannot say i was disappointed but i was not satisfied not worth the money

Hot water was not available the food taste was very average and i was really shocked to see bed bucks and couldn’t have a pleasant sleep but staff were very polite

Stay was average. We stayed in a cottage. The room was small and the stinky smell was coming. The room size is also small. Hot water was not there. Room service was not appropriate. We need to ask every time for towels and water bottles. We have opted for bf & dinner. Bf - only south indian meals were served. Dinner - only a single nonveg dish was given, no nonveg starters.

Very bad experience. No proper facilities. Very unhygienic rooms, bathrooms. In bathroom water leakages. Full of flies and mosquitoes inside room. I will not recommend any one to this resort.

The room doesn’t have intercom phone. Avg maintenance bedding not good horrible restaurant. Bad quality food.

Cleanliness is major concern in resort

Location of resort is good as it’s close to most of the beaches. Along with this, resort has options of both veg and non veg restaurants. Major concern in this resort was cleanliness. The room which we got was not at all clean. All corners were full of dust. Bedsheet’s and pillow were looking like used one and dirty. Washroom had sand and strains. I saw dogs were there in swimming pool because of which we avoided using swimming pool. Overall it was not worth money (i paid roughly 4200 rupees for room including 3 adults)

Its shaddy as a lodge. Disgusting pathetic terrible, the rooms are pathetic tv is falling the washrooms are stinky as public toilets, the locks of the rooms dont function, there was just dirt everywhere, the walls are broken the beds are terrible, the commode actually have stains and we didnt even stay a single day in this disgusting place, plus they refused to give our refund The moat shadiest place ever

+ves: 1. Resort location and ambience is very good. 2. Dinner (package) and breakfast (complimentary) are very good. Please add them along with your room. -ves: 1. Reception is very bad, pp l working there are not very serious about the guests and are very casual. The hospitality is 0. 2. Even the restaurant staff are very laid back and doesn't respond back as expected. Etiquette's and manners for hotel staff / front office staff are -1. 3. They haven't changed blankets and bedspreads or they haven't cleaned well and they look very dirty 4. Fan is not working and even after i have complained they asked me to use ac and left off. 5. Commode seat is broken and they haven't replaced it for some time i guess.

The location is very good with very good gardens and swimming pool but with some glitches that the maintenance is poor the rooms are average clean even dogs and cats loiter around the rooms licking the plates and cups kept outside the rooms, switch boards are not working properly, a whole lot of food menu is given but the things we require are not available and if not seen the price chart they will charge little bit extra
