Scenic view from the hotel common area. Beach is visible from the room though far. No car can reach the hotel. Two wheeler or auto only accessible to this place. Clean rooms and decent rates. Helpful staff and near to a restaurant.

Rooms are good. In 3 sharing room balcony view of mountain is very good. Rooms were clean. Staff behaviour is very courteous. Weather is very hot outside. Please take ac room only in respect of any season.

This residency has a perfect location in gokarna and everything like beaches, market etc are in walking distance and room was also neat and clean and staffs are supporting and humble. And food is also delicious.

On the rainy day it is difficult to get to the property. Roads are narrow. Secluded place near to kudle beach.

Road to reach is bad. The property is not clean. Very poor room & bathroom design. The so-called sea view balcony has the outdoor unit of the airconditioner. So the balcony is an over and noisy too. The doors to the balcony are jammed. The water drain outlet of the ac indoor unit has been let out near the bathroom door, making the entrance to the bathroom dangerously slippery. Clearly, the owner has spent a lot to build this place, but the architect & interior designer have done a pathetic job. Convenient 10min walk via the kudle beach to the mahabaleshwar temple and kota teertha, but by road, it is a long & circuitous route. The staff is sincere and the food was pretty good.

The staff is pretty good but the facilities are not as expected and as shown in the description. The road to reach property is not well maintained.

We traveled for a short period. But the experience was good the staff, location and food all are good they helped us on vehicle rental and drop to railway station also and main thing is the view from hotel is super one side sea and other side hill thank you team

The property is excellent and worth staying in the shanti krishna residency. Shubham bay-ya he is exceptional great character. Every staff in the residency good people. They treat everyone with respect. The food is affordable very nice. Around this location very beautiful scenic places. Temple is walkable distance. Much appreciated the stay
