Over priced average hotel.

It’s a very old and average- sub average hotel, doesn’t match the cleanliness and standard for the price. Lacks amenities as that for the same price. However behaviour of the staff was good. So giving 3 stars.

1. Best thing is the location of the hotel. 2. Rooms are clean and spacious. 3. Service is quick. 4. Food is good. Problems- staff at the reception don’t smile and greet (especially the woman. Lights in the bathrooms are not adequate. Tea and coffee maker missing.

Poor Stay

The services are not as per the charges. Our lunch took around an hour to be served. We booked the extra bed before booking but what we got was a mattress only and they mentioned that beds are occupied. There is a stinky smell in the corridors. The only advantage of the place is the location as it is walking distance from the temple. But at this rate you can get a better deal.

We went to goverdhan, with family, for parikrama. As always, we stayed in hotel wingston, which was a great experience. Hotel is perfectly located near the bus stand and parikrama marg. Stay was very comfortable, with decent accommodation and food quality. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone visiting goverdhan, for a pleasant stay.

Terrible Stay

MASSIVE SECURITY GUARD ISSUE AND ABSENCE OF STAFF All good, but service wise I ll rate zero. After I came back from parikrama at 1.15 am yesterday ie August 20th early morning, the main gate was closed. I tried calling the reception first, no one at the reception, the guard not visible, I tried banging the maingate vigorously and shouting but no one heard. There was one more person who tried to help, but no help😐😶😠 Then I picked up and stone and threw on the glass of the cabin of the guard and then he came out, saying सो गया था। I had to struggle till 2.00 am 😡🤬 no one at the reception to attend the call and guard sleeping😡. Because of this, zero rating, location and rooms are useless when you can't get into them and zero hotel 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 अगर मेरे प्रयास करने के बाद भी guard की नींद नही खुली होती, तो मुझे या तो कोई दूसरा होटल या सड़क पर भीकरियों की तरह बैठना पड़ता 😡😡😡😡😡😡
