Worst stay ever had in my life. Even if you get this hotel for free. Please don't book. Your privacy will be harmed in every possible way. Pathetic service. Untrained staff. Terrible

The hotel location was good. Rooms were also quiet plesant. The manager who had been there in the night (9th dec) was little arrogant but overall the staff and everything was good.

Very good stay. 5 mins walking to metro station and 10 mins walking distance to indian expo mart. Good ambience and locality.

I booked as per location which was nearer to expo mart. But except location other things are average. Food quality was also not good. Services are poor and poor hygiene and poor cleanliness.

No phone in the room, no geyser facility for bath, third class food, staff behaviour is terrible and very very rude, on reception staff sat in a old and diary clothes. No sense how to talk with customers. I suggest don’t take this hotel even they give big offer. All staff have different words for same thing. Don’t take this hotel room even they offer free.

Property is very tidy, neat and in a quiet environment. Power cut is rare but happens and all amenities are working too. The only issue is sometimes, room service takes a bit time to sort out customer services when requested. I'll give a 7/10 rating.

Accommodation and food were just average. Lot of flies and mosquitoes in the room. Got mosquito repellent after a lot of persuasion.

Pathetic service, none of the amenities mentioned during booking is available in the room apart from furniture. Even after complaining and requesting for the same, no action from staff. Worst experience of first day.

No toiletries, weak wifi speed, no bathroom slippers, bathroom water clogging found. No dental kit provided. Inadequate quantity in-room tea was sent. The food quality and taste was good though! not recommended property.

Even though I had early check in, they charged me 500 extra for it. That too in cash so that there is no record. Rooms were not clean, there were ants everywhere. When I asked them to clean it, they sent a boy who just sprayed HIT all over the room. Room service was very slow. I completed my entire breakfast and still nobody came to give ketchup even after calling them thrice. TV was not working.

Hotel staff were very kind. You will get complimentary tea in your room. It also had a mini fridge. Very neat and clean room with wifi and netflix with smart tv. Overall best hotel to stay.
