Room is not that good as expected asked to change room as there is a door and voice is coming from the door which is locked inside the room i requested to change the room, the other room was not well cleaned too, too much time wasted over there

Worst ambiance and worst manners of the staff. With very ugly maintained rooms. Ac was always a trouble. We were left suffocated all the stay!

There was leakage in bathroom, food is not available late night, by the time we came back from office motif was available, few basic stuff like shoe brush, iron, lotion need to be asked and not not available.

Good location and comfortable stay. Only problem was with their starters which were asked to remake or order something else still the chef could not understand(salty, spicy and tasteless. If the right item was not served and because of which it wasn’t eaten then hotel should feel sorry and should not be billed, this is what we normally witness in 4/5 star hotel.

The hotel has great food though you have to clearly state if you don't want spicy food. Smiling and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and clean. Overall a value for money. I just wish the location could have been better. Good hotel led by a highly competent general manager mr raj panda.
