Booked 2 rooms for family for 2 days, the view from the rooms was beautiful, that was the only good thing about the stay. Food was poor and with very limited options. Breakfast has only poha, upma and bread omlette. Rooms are old looking and need refurbishment. The staff though was very helpful and courteous but there were only two of them available for all jobs from reception to cleaning tables and serving food to picking luggage.

The property is excellent with a fantastic view. Service is very average. No wifi connection in rooms hence faced a lot of difficulty to connect due to network issues. No intercom in room. Food is also below par in taste and quality.

Room is ok to stay but no facility like no tv, no intercom, you have to ask for drinking water. Even no cctv outside. Staff is good & polite. Location is good.

5. Location is excellent. View from hotel is amazing. Staff is professional. Food was tasty. Food was served hot hot and it was freshly prepared. Villa was spacious. It's good place for the family.

Except location everything was awful. Very limited staff, no food variety, no hygiene in restaurant, some room doesn’t have tv, equipments are were very old. It was waste of money. Not recommended.

No television in working condition. No exhaust fan in toilet. In canteen limited options are available. Canteen starts very late i. E. 8 30 am. Hence no breakfast in time. Pour service

View for the hotel is amazing, but room no 113 had leakages from roof. Also the hospitality was barely reflected.

Amazing view and location, food was good but could have more options like the speciality of the location (kokan. Staff was absolutely amazing, very polite, helpful and always at your service. Overall a 8/10 experience. Comfortable stay with all required facilities. Property is 5mins away from a beach to where u can walk. I would definitely recommend people this place

The stay was good, room was neat and clean. Only thing bothers me was, they had not provide us fresh drinking water in the room. There was one previously used water can in the room, and when we asked for the new one, they simply refused.

Mtdc velneshwar is great place to spend weekend but there is renovation work going on hence suggestions is that once it completes then only visit. And one small suggestion local authentic food should be included in menu.

Rooms were a mess, doors unable to close, rainwater and insects, frogs entering room through closed doors.

The view from this resort is amazing but the rooms need renovation for sure. ACs don’t work like they should , taps are leaking and there are many other amenities that need a lot of attention especially if you end-up in one of the older rooms. With that said , the staff here is very friendly and cooperative and everything seems worth while when you look that the view from this resort. They also have an open parking space which is nice and spacious , there is almost no calling and internet range inside the room but its present outside and last but not the least the restaurant inside the resort has very limited food options and most of the food items that are present on the menu card are unavailable , also the taste was also very mediocre especially for vegetarian options. Don’t expect much from the resort itself, only reason to stay here is the view.

Great location and view is just amazing. You can seat and watch the view for hours. Complete relaxing. Mtdc could do better job in service and food

It was good. Place was good and it is near the beach. However, it is very interior and there are no places to explore nearby so it is good for one day stay. However, food was not good at all instead one can enjoy local food nearby beach.
