A good place for large group. But needs upkeep.

We stayed at samruddhi bungalow in diwali hoilday of 2022 as a family group. Owner themselves served as caretakers as their caretaker had gone on leave. They were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. This a large place which is quite well priced for a such a large group. Place is near a buzzing market of shrungartali but still has vibes of remote konkani village. The breakfast served by them was delicious. Overall it was a good stay but i would add below things which need attention : 1. In absence of full time experienced caretaker, they should just keep the property off the market rather than renting it out. It was clearly visible that they were struggling to keep up with the demands of the group. 2. Property location on google maps is off by few meters which is an inconvenience. 3. When entire properly is rented out to groups, don't stay at the same property(caretaker should be accommodated in separate home) as it adds a lot of inconvenience and degrades the holiday spirit. We can just stay at a hotel if we needed that kind of round the clock service. Also asking your friends to visit the property during someone else's stay is unprofessional. 4. Poor property maintenance. 5. They forgot to do a basic take of filling water tank so it was ready for start of the day. Had to be reminded multiple times. 6. Provide better blankates during winters 7. Provide sufficient toiletories in all washrooms (soap, shampoo etc)
