The room i stayed in was decent and clean, offering a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the washroom stood out, as it was well-maintained and hygienic, contributing to a positive experience. Room service was efficient and responsive, ensuring that any requests or needs were promptly addressed. I appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the services provided, which made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience, with the hotel staff maintaining a professional and helpful attitude. The combination of a clean room, a spotless washroom, and responsive service created a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Whether it was the timely delivery of amenities or the overall ambiance, everything was handled smoothly, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time there. The experience was satisfactory, and i would consider staying again based on the level of comfort and service provided.

Property locations good. Close to the highway, it’s convenient if you are traveling. But i was disappointed when we walked in because there was no to help us with the bags, as you need to climb up many stairs to reach the hotel. That was big let down. Food is decent. They have a in-house restaurant both veg and non veg. Our breakfast was complimentary. There were less options. Taste was good, but it was not warm. Lots of improvement needed there. Staff who served us were polite and good. Amenities- room was good. But there was no hot water even @9am in the morning. We had to call the hotel reception quite a few times. Later they arranged hot water in a bucket that too 1/4 bucket of hot water per person. This is was big let down of this property for the amount we have paid and we had waited almost two hours and no one had the courtesy to even apologize for the inconvenience. Management has to really look into this.

Property location is away from main city therefore hotel is taking advantage of that resulting into expensive food. Rooms are clean and good for 1 night stay but services are very very bad. They dont know how to proceed with room service or inf-act how to serve food as well in restaurant which is exactly below hotel. I spent 2 days there which was very pathetic.

The hotel is not very welcoming, also the house keeping service is not good. Even when you ask them to warm the food. They refuse there were no towels in the room. The tv had no subscription. You have to watch the ad channels. Or else pay a month worth subscription. Also, in the app it doesn't mention that it has a bar. Some people do not want to stay at such places. It should be mentioned

The stay is good. As i booked from makemytrip i got at better price. The restaurant is also good. Hotel is little far from the city which is a minor drawback. Staff are good. My review

One of the worst and terrible experience in my life i have never experienced this type of worst and cheap service. From check in to check out i had worst experience by management location is far away from city and there staff will treat customer like roudisam and what compliments we have they do not disclose first they ask with charge after much discussion of compliments than they give and there is room bathroom like a hell no one comes and give you service. Please this is my humble request do not visit this hotel

Nice place. Especially far to main road so no noise peaceful place, nice staff behaviour. Not tried any food items. Only one difficult thing is finding transport service. If hotel management tie up with auto or cab service for roam inside city with friendly budget then its too good

1)1st of all, the map location was wrong, which was 1. 3 km away from the actual location. Had to stuggle at dark rainy midnight at an isolated location. 2)there was no water on in the bathroom 3)the door lock was not optative from the outside 4)no refreshments / restaurant was closed at 11pm when i checked in and had to sleep hungry. 5)staff refused to give the properity owner contact no. It's not worth paying the amount.

Location : showed as 2. 5 km in mmt, but actually its more than 4 km. Lift was not available the day we havestayed. There i no hot water available even at 5 am.

This was my first visit to kalburghi and i must say ans is one hotel which i can recommend to anyone. The service was awesome. I should mention the name of the manager there, i think philip george if i am not wrong who is doing a phenomenal job with the arrangements. He never says no for anything. The receptionists were also doing a wonderful job. And food in the restaurant here is one among top 10 restaurants in kalburghi. In total full paisa vasool i must say. We had taken 4 rooms for a three days stay.
