They are not provide water bottle, toilet not clean( water plushproblem) they are change pillow case, even i informed to desk. Tv desire chanel can't watch' only free chanel can watch, they are share internet.

It's very easy and near to railway station and all sorrounding are best. Service is best, food quality will guide by boy.

As per my booking check in time and check-out time 1st march 12pm to 2nd march 12 pm, but the hotel manager told me to check-out at 8am in the morning 2nd march which i dint like, so i have checked out at 7. 53am in the morning

Location is not good. Food was bad no hot water tv and cable was not functioning ambiance was poor

First there was no geyser and then when we asked, they told hot water will come only in the morning. And lifts is not working properly. Were also bad if we compare the price with other properties near this hotel. Toileteries was not given till we asked for 2-3 times.

I went to reception for the keys. Which was booked 4days ago and they dont have idea for it while asking for the room they are asking did you booked room bcoz all rooms are occupied. I was very disappointed for this statement and room was also very untidy and filled with used matchsticks and cigarettes. I request you to not to repeat this again.

None of the amenities worked well. Both the bedroom and washroom stunk. The blanket wasn't washed and the pillows had dirty stains. The hotel was located in a run down complex building which was very shady. I would never suggest this place for a stay.

Receptionist's behavior is bad

I came with my wife late at night from other states but other hotels are not accepted because of not being updated in id cards but this hotel understands my situation thanks to this management reception guy. Well received

The hotel rooms are not cleaned. No drinking water has been provided. Hotel management is not cooperative if we ask for some help. And morning hot water is not coming. There is no proper hospitality for the customers. I don't recommend this hotel. Bathrooms are not cleaned and every where gutka smell and splitting on the walls. Very bad maintenance

Hotel premises and room was very neat and clean. Staff was also quite professional. Its an amicable hospitality given by the front office. Hotel is located in very prime location and walkable to railway station. Also we will get all types of food nearby our stay location. Worth for money too
