Hotel is excellent, neat and clean. Ambience of the hotel is excellent. Location of the hotel is very good.

The aircon was not working, the television had only one channel. Hygiene very poor. Booked the most expensive place in gulbarga thinking atleast money can buy these.

Right from the check in which was delayed for 45 minutes as the room was not ready. We booked orchid suit for 3 people for one night which was quite high. Only one mineral water bottle was given as complimentary for 3 people. When we asked for more water, the hotel boy said it is chargable. Means they charge for drinking water also. After ordering chargeable water bottle also they did not provide us water for 45 minutes. After that we brought water bottles from outside. The room amenities were not up to the mark. The hotel was stinking at every corner. Toilets were stinking badly. Overall our stay was very bad at this grand hotel

This is a good hotel for a stay and the service they provide is very excellent. The rooms too are spacious and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is water. The water is too hard and may be a borewell. If this is improved this can be rated as a 4star hotel

Over all the stay was really good everything was hygienic and comfortable although the washroom could have been a little cleaner the service was good and quick breakfast was really tasty i would definitely recommend it to other people also the parking space should be a little larger

The hotel is centrally located but parking facility is limited. Stay was comfortable. Food is reasonably good. There is scope for further improvement in quality of service.
