This is a fabulous place in the middle of all the places to visit in gulmarg. Best attraction is apple garden. The staff is amazing and courteous. Their food is the best thing, the overall vibe is cosy and comfortable. This for me easily was the best stay in gulmarg. We were in gulmarg for 3 nights & the stay felt every bit like home, the staff was super nice & cooperative! gulmarg residency hotel is the best and affordable.

I booked a Deluxe Family Room.Location is awesome, very nearby all the beautiful places truly amazing while staying here the best part is its connectivity We had a Srinagar cab, so had to show our booking confirmation to the Union guys to allow us during Yatra period. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

The hosts were really kind and very generous. Affordable.

I love the place, very very good hotel with nice people and very good service. Food was another best part of the hotel. Multiple items in buffet and the taste was also good. Finally the location, near to tourist location in the middle of apple garden i visited the hotel in july 2024, it is one of the best hotels i've ever been to. It's a nice place at a convenient distance from gulmarg and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The hosts were really kind and very generous. Affordable.

Totally friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile and politeness. Facilities, area and food were upto the mark and good looking rooms. Manager helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Specially thanks to johnny bhai (staff hotel) rayees bhai very helpful and done everything with smile, i totally happy with complimentary breakfast and dinner, quality of food is just amazing.

Waazwan served was the best and kashmiri kahwa was amazing. Nice hotel

Kashmir hospitality is the best. It was a brilliant gesture by the owner during the period of my stay further, i realised that as i was at my home. Service was beyond the expectations as well the hygiene and healthy diet with neatness was available. Waazwan served was the best and kashmiri kahwa was amazing. Kashmiri pulaw and tandoori was tasty.

I visited gulmarg 2 months back for one night stay and luckily it started snowfall so i could both enjoy snow and snowfall. Spacious rooms and bathroom with good view, room's are warm but if asked they'll provide portable heater. Service was nice. Food was also nice. Just the hotel location is a bit downhill other than that, all rounded was good. Cooperative staff. Would recommend and stay over again.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel gulmarg gulsitara. The location is awesome. View from rooms is just wow. The rooms were always warm. Continuous running hot water. The staff was super friendly and polite. Took care of every request with a warm smile. After check-in the staff connected all out devices to the hotel wifi we had no issues with network connectivity.

The stay was comfortable. Room has an electric kettle, tea bags, milk sachets and neat and clean linens.

Firstly i can say about these people are awesome. Firstly we respect them because of their helping nature. And secondly we feel like a family stay. Strongly suggest these stay when you plan to gulmarg. A very well maintained homestay, has mostly all amenities including room heaters, 24 hour hot water supply. Peaceful and home-like ambience included with the high level hospitality of the owner. I stayed there for two days with my wife and two kids. Was a bit nervous because of my first time in a home stay. But felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice and prime location. Worth value for money. If you are planning for gulmarg, perfect location. Highly recommended.

Great affordable accommodation for Gulmarg visitors with a slice of Kashmiri hospitality 10 Scored OUT OF 10 RESHI and his parents treated us like family. Gave us a tour of their house, prepared delicious food for us and had long chats with us. Our room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended! We had the rarest opportunity to stay with a Kashmiri family. I could discuss many things & find out the pulse of the valley. The homely stay is really memorable. MRS SARA first lady of the area in tourism, who is running the homestay with his father and mother doing a great service to the tourist. I wish the Kashmir BEST HOTEL GULSITARA BRAND all the best and may all your expansion dreams come true. I wish to stay with them again in the winters. 👍

We had a booking for 3 adults in a room. The hotel guy rishi said booking a bed and allowing to have 3rd person in a room is different. Such a weird explanation. Atlas t he arranged for an extra mattress in the room.

Couldn’t be better than this resort at affordable rates. *awesome rooms, heating, shower and big tvs* my stay at gulsitara & gulmarg gs residency, kunzer gulmarg, was nothing short of perfect! the staff is extremely hospitable and kind, they make sure to take care of all your needs. Firdous and iqra have offered exceptional services. The f&b manager armaan has been super accommodating and i would like the mention the entire f&b team for being so on their feet and warm and welcoming with such beautiful hospitality that it makes you feel at home. thank you for the great hospitality gulsitara and residency!

Hotel does not have basic facilities like warm room and hot water which are essential in cold weather of gulmarg, the heaters were on from 7 pm till 11 pm and hotel informed that it’s as per their policy. This hotel is situated far away from gulmerg. We booked hotel based on earlier reviews but i think they are all managed with make my trip. The food was also not at all good, hygienic, our stay was worst experience after paying huge money for two days

Stay was amazing, the staff at gulsitara was incredible. I would like to mention the zubaida name at gulsitara hotel, gulmarg, kunzer. She was so helpful, i enjoyed the stay and would want to recommend the hotel to all the guests.
