Property was seized and could not get entry. Had to do lot of efforts to make booking in another hotel. You should have informed us prior. Very very disappointed by mm t services and never going to book

Excellent location of property with beautiful outside view. A little bit more costly but worth it. Staff behaviour was awesome and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was well equipped with bathtub and hot cold water

The room they provided is v different from the photos and outright misleading. Not premium at all. No tub as shown on photos, with dingy curtains. Food is below average, specially the breakfast. Service and staff was ok. They gave us the room right next to reception.

We are impressed with this hotel and the service we got during our stay even if we recall the hole stay in kashmir, we must say the hotel marina was best among all the hotels we stay. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Recommended to others

Though the property was at a scenic location but the services offered was bad. The washroom was unclean. Bedsheets were dirty. Staff was good but they were not able to assist us with the issues. We paid 7200 for a day and the room was not at all value for money. The gyser was not working. The door of the room was not in a good condition. We were not able to latch from inside and had to use the key to lock the room. It was windy and the door kept moving and making noise as it was not in good shape.

From the start of check innit was terrible, the property location is isolated from all the other properties like restaurants, shopping areas etc. Due to high security reasons in that area i was about to wait about 3 to 4 hrs to get the permission to enter in to thier hotel premises, upon asking this the hotel ppl also helpless, finally wit great difficulty was checked in the hotel. After coming to the hotel their is no proper food service, the food dishes is very limited. In our package thier is breakfast/dinner, the food menu having less no of dishes limited up to 5 nos which includes the soup also. Worst worst worst which i have faced lot of difficulty is quality of water they provide in the shower area and toilet is completely smelly, after complaining they say that they use the chemicals to clean but smelling it doesn't seem like that. Later on asking the boy over their we got yo know that the water is sucked from the bank of the river, the river d rung is flowing behind the property. Hope the water is directly taken in yo oh tank and with out purification is sent in to toilets. Seeing the color of the water is complete with color of dark brown and smells very bad odour,. We stayed 2 days and asked them for 2 nd day to provide the better water but the management is helpless. Very bad experience check the water smell before u check in the hotel otherwise u face the he'll.

Hotel is at good location. Rooms are also good. But if you only have option to have hotel food it's not the best one. They don't have any options in ala carte. Whatever you ask they say we can't make it now. Even jeera alu they gaves us after 5 times requesting and eventually shouting. That too took 30 mins.

One of the best property in d rung tanmarag. Frozen waterfall d rung is just 2 mins away from the property. Staff are very friendly

Very good property with good amenities and nice valley view location. Good food. Slightly expensive comparatively. Road blocks are major issue to reach the property. Otherwise worth staying a night or two to experience valleys scenic bueaty.

I was there for one night. I came from gulmarg directly. The people are very friendly towards me, the food is really tasty. They even helped meto carry the luggage when there is a slop at the entrance with full of snow. I had a peaceful night and food here.
