Room was not up to mark. Price is very high compare to other hotels of this range. Poor services and rude behaviour. Just don’t fool yourself by going there.

If you book for this hotel you will be treated like a labour….you have to wait for room allocation and you will get very small room …. You don’t know what you booked and what you get….

Rooms are very small and not in clean state. Tava is not working. Bath rooms also not good. Breakfast is okov not worth of money

The stay in the hotel is very decent keeping in view of affordable price tag. The food in the restaurant is very good particularly the staff in the restaurant are very good particularly in their way of service. The room is also very neat. But the shower and wash basin requires replacement of taps which i have advised them. I recommend it for a serene stay. The way from the main highway service road is not properly put up with direction sign boards.

I came here to work in aiims manglagiri. So the location of the hotel is very very approachable to aiims manglagiri. It’s just 5 km from aiims manglagiri. Hotel was quite big but the rooms are very very small rooms. All wear without any ventilation and there is no tea or coffee making total mall there in room so that make some trouble for me. The food was also very high price but good interest.

We checked in around 8:45 pm, got the room soon but the air conditioning was bad, the room was not cooling up so i had to call multiple times front desk reception regarding the issue, at around 10:00 pm they allotted an new room, service was bad, i would totally not recommend anyone to stay at this place

Good ambience. Helpful staff. But the hotel tried to charge us extra money for no reason, misinforming us that if we get early check-in, our checkout time also gets affected. Ie checkin at 6 am instead of 12am would mean that our checkout time is now 6 am instead of 12 pm and hence asking us to pay for the time between the two intervals in addition to the early check-in charge. Really cheap trait of the manager despite the hotel being a 3 star. The rest was good!
