The rooms are very chip quality, no glass no bottle, even washrooms are very poor quality no water jiger also bath fitting are broken. That is very uncomfortable also unsatisfied.

When i booked room hotel management said they'll hold room for me but when i reached to hotel they said it rooms not available. And they send another hotel which is far from 2kms at night time and there room was not hygienic and very confined space. I'm really unhappy with the hotel management negligence.

Rooms are so bad and bathroom is not well cleaned and faucets are in terrible condition. I had to change 3 rooms to find working air conditioning room.

Inthaa chetta maintenance hotel ni ekkada chudaledhu. Inko extra person ki 700 pay cheste gaani vaallu allow cheyaledhu. Dayachesi evarainaa ikkada stay cheyali anukute assalu vellladhu. Nenu 700 extra pay chesaanu ani kabatti ilia review ivvatledhu. Assalu staff behavior worst ga undhi. Man-am pettinaa amount ki not worthy this hotel. Inko 500 ad cheste guntur lone top notch hotels dorukutai.

Little improvement is observed to previous. Ambience is good. Food counter is also available, which is new addition in the hotel. Overall o. K. Staff should improve their services and be a friendly manner with customers, rather than arguing.

During power cut in the morning hrs, the hotel staff avoided switching on generator till it was repeatedly told to do so. No proper room service also.

Poor service, location is good, room maintenance is poor, wash room taps are loose. Need to improve services. Ambience is good
