1. Not able to sleep in the room as the windows were not sealed and the road traffic is all over the night. 2. The bathroom drains, shower were all out of order. Inf-act we have to vacate this room 3. The breakfast was also not up to the mark. The puris wete roasted and full of oil

The spring in the mattress has come out. There was no hot water for bathing. Food quality was more for one person.

The hotel and infrastructure is an excellent. The resturant is wores. Parking also good. People are good. Dont allow to book any food related service through you. They need to improve. The new general manager working towards improvement. But out of 4/10 rating.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, the ambience is also excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, though the bathrooms could be spruced up better. There could be some improvement in the food they serve too, as there are many other hotels in the vicinity which have a better menu. The only problem is the laid back attitude of the staff, they do not care to make us feel more comfortable. Wifi password had to be renewed every day, which is a hassle. When our stay was for 4 days why do we need to renew it everyday. Also the room key doesn't work after 24 hour, again a hassle to keep on reactivating it. I hope the management takes note of this and takes remedial measures.

Great hospitality and very quick check in checkin process, food is excellent i see in so many so called star hotels in guntur doesn’t have people trained to handle customers politely. And cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

Very nice hotel, great location in guntur's main shopping strip and very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful with quick check-in and with addressing additional requests.

The hotel is located in a nice area. The hotel ambience is good. The room that we stayed in is good. Hotel staff are helpful. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Breakfast was simple and good. Lunch leaves room for improvement. Overall, a very good place to stay.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. However the room service can be improved. Laundry bags, extra bottles of water etc are very reluctantly provided. Even a little extension on the checkout is not given despite the late check in and the whole property being empty.

The check-in charges for late and early are predominantly high, the washrooms are faulty with no solars attached for hot water where in place they have geysers with which the showers will burn your body, the towels provided have black stains and stains of different colour which will make you run from the hotel, i was provided a room with faulty washroom and with no freezer, when i asked them for freezer, they told that the superior room worth 4600- will not provide a freezer and only executive suite gets it, later i got to know that all other superior rooms have the freezer and i was only provided with a room which are of total defects and faults, later on some time they changed the room in which the superior room has a freezer, the cost of food is even costlier than the 4 star hotel, the guys do not provide alcohol as they do not have a bar and will not provide service from outside even if we wish to tip them, totally a night stay costed me 6400- and it is too high and can get comfortable stay in itc for the same price
