Good stay as usual, the staff was helpful and the location and food is very good. I opted for jain meal in breakfast and though the choices are limited but they made me good breakfast.

I had a very short overnight stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Resolved a few queries as well. Good service and nice well maintained rooms

Recently stayed at alor and had an awesome experience. The location was perfect for my work in gurgaon, making it really convenient. The food was tasty. My room was fantastic, with simple lighting automation that made things super easy. Overall, it went beyond what i expected. Big shoutout to swati at the front desk and the whole team for being so friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend alor to anyone!

The stay here was great. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff and courteous and helpful. The menu for in room dining is also extensive and well prepared.

Food and hygiene in restaurant was very bad. This is my second visit over there but both the time hygiene in restaurant was an issue

The rooms were very good. Unfortunately did not use the restaurant the ambiance is clean and very friendly staff. The people look into room cleanliness quite efficiently only issue was the bathroom, when you have a shower. The water trickles from the side of the bathtub and west tge entire bathroom

The place is conveniently located and very well maintained. The staff is very helpful. Just one suggestion to have some jain options as well in breakfast, this is missing which most hotels in this price range have.

Loved their service. The rooms were really great, very spacious. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of options to eat. The staff's behaviour was also very nice. A little expensive but ya worth it.

While my past stays have been pleasant at air by ahuja, my recent stay was extremely disappointing. My laundry was not picked up the day before i was en route to my next destination. After escalating the issue in the veining i got no resolution and the next morning they offered help which was useless as i was about to leave. Being an extensive traveller this mishap causes unnecessary trouble as i pack light and depend heavily on laundry service!
