Very bad experience staff behaviour is soo rude, breakfast is not so good, a very bad type of smell coming’s from rooms

Great stay

It was a pleasant stay, staff is cooperative and too humble. Location is peaceful and cozy. Easily search-able from any cab. Nearest metro station is sikanderpur. Everything is great about the property as per the tariff charged. Keep upgrading the infra. It will help in attracting more visitors. Kudos to the entire team

They upgraded my stay to super deluxe

I arrived late in room as they were having some renovation works going, they upgraded my stay in super deluxe room. Staff is so nice and polite and attends at one call. Must visit.

My recent stay at hotel casagrand was truly disappointing. The incessant leaking water sounds throughout the night made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To add to the frustration, there was absolutely no room service, leaving us to fend for ourselves. And as if that wasn't enough, the air conditioning in the room was far from chilling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. 1

Really bad owner and staff

Had to pay extra while checking in and even got a very small room beside the kitchen which was always loud. Asked several times to refund my booking but denied and disrespected. Completely awful customer service

They didn't give us the room we had booked for almost 4-5 hours. We were extremely tired and had to keep waiting for them to give us the room we paid for. Bedsheets were dirty. No proper toiletries were available. Nothing to recommend.
