Pathetic stay

Pathetic stay. Bad choices for dinner buffet hate it taste less not even a three star rating rili boring environment if gng with kids or as couple it’s rili not the place breakfast was so bad i came back home early and had at home total waste of money. U wil only see sad faces of the staff working there which are actually not interested about their guest

Honest review of the stay

The rooms were really good and clean, but the staff wasn’t very good and the services were really slow. The food wasn’t that good. During breakfast we weren’t given chairs even when asked thrice we had to stand and have the food. Also during room dining when we paid via cash the change wasn’t returned to us upon informing the room dining about it too. And the last thing during checkout we had asked for takeaway gore 3 people which was order a night before for our journey it wasn’t ready and they kept asking for 20 mins more or so. Their staff were very negligent and rude.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
