The electricity went out for the room. There was no one to help. Spend the entire night in dark with no lights, fan or ac. There is no cleaning done for the rooms. If you have a longer stay, you will probably be running for your life by the end of it. Just pathetic experience.

The stay was really comfortable. The room was neat and clean and had all the required amenities. The ambience was really very cozy and comfortable. The owner was ready to accommodate us for an early check in and there was no interference from the cleaning staff too. Would love to stay again in the future

We stayed at this lovely service apartment for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the pillows were fresh and comfortable. We appreciated the service boys who refilled the water bottles, but a water dispenser on each floor would have been helpful since we ran out of water at times when the staff wasn't available. The bathroom, though modern, had a drainage issue in the shower area, which caused water to collect and not drain properly. We had to open the shower door to let the water flow into the main dry area, which was a minor inconvenience. The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for a short stay. One issue we faced was with food deliveries—guests were required to go down to the entrance to collect orders. I understand the security policies of hotel apartments, but it would have been more convenient if they could hold the package at reception for us, especially if we’re busy or out, but they denied. Other than that, the location was great, and the overall stay was comfortable. I’d rate it 4 out of 5.

It was a really good property but the food and everything had to be picked up from elsewhere going down that was the issue and it was really far otherwise very clean hygienic rooms

I stayed at culture cove studio in gurgaon, and faced an issue prior to my arrival. When i called the hotel before reaching, i was informed that they couldn't provide the room as booked because our group consisted of four people with an extra mattress, and they didn't have any such room available. Instead, they insisted we would need to book two separate rooms. I questioned why they listed such a room if it wasn’t available, to which they responded that it was likely an error. I argued that it was their mistake and they needed to honor the booking as per the information provided. However, they refused and disconnected the call. Frustrated, i contacted customer care center and explained the situation. Makemytrip then intervened and spoke with the hotel management. Following this, the hotel called me back and agreed to provide the room as per the booking information. Thanks to makemytrip for their services and support at the last moment. Once my stay was confirmed, i had no further issues. The property was good, and the management was polite. However, note that they do not offer food services on-site, so you have to order from third-party vendors. Overall, my experience was good. I would recommend this property, but i strongly advise confirming your booking beforehand to avoid any last-minute issues.
