It was excellent stay, neat clean bed and room well equipped with every requirement. Very central location of the club. Food at portico was also nice and reasonable. This place is five star place at 4 star price. I dont have image

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it and plan on making it our pit stop for vacations via delhi. The place is close to the airport, meticulously cleaned and tastefully decorated/maintained with all the amenities and sports/entertainment included. And the food is superb with a wide variety and absolutely delicious. Staff is wonderful and have tended to all our requests. A big thank you to all and we will surely be coming back and highly recommend it.

The whole experience was great and wonderful, the girl ashwaryea from reception was very helpful l, kind and soft spoket r and i was comfortable with whole stay and the staff for house keeping was also should get 10/10 assigend on 7nov to 10nov for room number 303 and 305 on 3 rd floor and thanku dlf for great stays

The hotel staff weren’t that great, there was no water on the first day initially in the room and i when i am paying 10k a night for a room i expect better. The room service was also extremely slow, not worth the money at all. This was more like a 2/3k a night hotel. No

Booked 2 rooms. The ac was not working. The rooms are old dirty n mouldy. The hotel stinks of paint. No activities are available as shown in the description as everything is under maintenance. Would not recommend anyone to waste their money by staying here.

Rooms and furnishings are fine. Everything looks nice. But the aesthetics are not backed up by basic services. The mattress in my room was hard. I found some small insects on the bed. The phone was not working. Ordering room service took several hours. They did make immediate efforts to fix the phone. But that meant that workmen kept coming and going and despite telling them that i am getting late for my meeting- they continued knocking on the door, checking the phone etc. I did eventually get late but they fixed the phone! so their hearts seem to be in the right place but not a very efficient option if you are traveling for work.

Room service and food needs slight improvement. Rest is all okay and fine. At the time of check out, the system was not responding. But the team managed.

It was good experience. Every team member is well trained and polite. Food is really nice, there are good varieties of indian and western food. Restaurant have good ambience with live music. I want to mention not only one particular department but front office, housekeeping and food & beverage are always there to assist you with all your needs.
