The staff are too fake to so no to all your questions. I asked for a umbrella. I was told no. May i keep my luggage for a week until i return to the same place. No. And so on. The so called resident managers are like puppet shows. Horonduculous!

It's great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Big spacious rooms. Helpful and courteous staff. Comes with simple basic and hygienic breakfast. Gym pool games also available. Total value for money.

The property is not in main road but not far away from main road, except this everything is good. Staff is polite helping. Cleanliness is good. Mess is also good. The property is value for money.

The hotel staff was being too clever. They failed to provide parking despite hotel info indicating otherwise. They only provided 2 beds despite our request for 3 beds on booking. The hotel didn't provide any driver room initially after which they said they'll provide blanket pillow. They didn't provide that either! the toilet was not flushing properly and they failed to fix it. Tiles were dirty. Breakfast was pathetic. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cost is high as per hotel standard.

While the hotel itself is satisfactory, the cost seems to be a little steep. Alternatively, you may consider exploring options in gurgaon, where you can find comparable three-star and four-star properties within the same price range.

This was my second visit and it was comfortable with spacious rooms. Would recommend. There are different sizes for rooms so not sure which one you’ll land up with but all are ok.

I had booked king size bed which effectively means bigger room. However, they put me in smaller room. They should actually describe the room based on size and not type of bed.

The refrigerator was not working properly resulting in some important food items getting unfit for consumption. Also, the ceiling fan was generating too much of noise. The appliances need to be checked regularly to see if they are working optimally or need repair.

The ac was not working. The washroom floor was filled with water at night making it unsafe the response of the staff was not at all customer oriented.

Location is not good cab are not coming there there is very poor wifi not working for the whole day and kitchen close after 10 pm

Nice place, super convenient location for people wanting to stay near cyber city or udyog vihar. The only con is that the building is slightly old, but other than that, it's a good place for budget stays. Recommended!

We stayed as a group of 5. Booked 2 rooms and they gave us rooms on the same floor which made it very convenient for us. The rooms were amazing and had heaters which was possibly the best thing.

The property care taker was very rude. He didn't allow us 3 people to stay at the property for just a span of 2 hours becuase we had a late night flight to catch. The manager allowed the same but he didn't obey his orders as well. The toiletries were not upgraded, no water bottles were provided.
