The staff is helpful and accompanied. My stay here was comfortable and i faced no issues. Great location as it provides easy access to major spots of gurgaon. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place in city centre at affordable price.

Central, clean, quiet, friendly second stay at hotel the residency, and same great experience. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast and a location that's really great !

Staff and service were excellent. I booked a deluxe room, which was spacious, and the balcony ambiance was very 😎 cool. Food is also delicious here. I suggest trying the fab hotels.

If you are in sector 29 for few days and don't wants to spend 7k per night but need min facilities while staying then it's a value for money if you choose this hotel.

The place is good and clean. It is near the metro and galleria market. Rooms are great. Even on my next trip i'll choose this place only to stay.

Their is no slipper fecility for wahroom, when i asked reception said, sorry we don't have slipper, you have to tie your shoes if you want to go to use washroom, room service is in icu, after placing dinner order for 4 persons, they almost took 45 minutes to full-fill that order, and when he comes and took 2 plates for 4 persons, when we asked for extra plates, bowls and water glass, he said am coming! and till morning we are waiting for him! for service perspective a big no for property, otherwise room was decent

Good location, responsive room service clean and comfortable room, fast checkout, it was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from the city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest.

Very poor room interior. Poor service and specially the staff behaviour is worst. The person sitting on the reception at night time was very ill mannered and rude in talks

Starting with the beds, bed was very uncomfortable to sleep, room size very small as compared to what was shown. The food we ordered was not upto the mark.
