Worst stay, small room, conjusted as well, no ventilation, no windows, rude and aggressive staff, they said they won't take luggage to the room given on 1st floor, no room service very bad stay at this hotel

Very dirty room, dirty toilet and worst kind of stay. No maintenance at all. Food very bad. Never expected like this hotel. Tv not working. Fan and ac make noise. No toilet tissues. Vent fan noisy. Very bad stay

Room quality was poor, ac was making noise and not cooling. Bathroom's roof was leaking. No hot water. Breakfast was not good at all.

I recently stayed at five elements hotel, the claire in gurgaon, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with efficient air conditioning that made the stay comfortable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The hotel restaurant closed early at 9:30 pm, which forced us to order food from outside when we returned late. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the early morning, which could be a problem for guests with early flights. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and room quality made for a comfortable stay. With a few adjustments, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

Can say preferred place for new visitors to delhi / gurgaon.

The hotel mgmt needs to review the infrastructure and amenities. Food options need improvement, rooms could be better lit and basic amenities like ac, hot water, a working tv remote and stable wifi are a key points to consider.

Room were spacious. But, maintenance is very poor. In winter you expect hot water - which was not coming. Tv was not working, health club not functional and only on paper.

It was a mess. No ventilation in the room. Washroom was leaking. No soap was available and corridor looked like not cleaned from months. Horrible experience.

I booked a king sized bed and got a twin bed! the breakfast wasn't worth the money at all like the taste was below average and the there were hardly any dishes to eat from. Also the location of the dining area was not good. The room was very average for the money i paid and smelled musty, no face towels or bath towels. It's definitely a waste paying so much so less
