Prime location, clean rooms and great room service. Seamless check-in experience and the manager at the property seemed very helpful( helped me booking a cab)

The most pathetic property i have ever visited. Do not visit even if offered for less than 1000 rupees. The receptionist is unbothered and ignorant and was involved in talking with his colleagues rather than checking in the customer. The rooms are dirty and smelly. The bedsheets are stained and have bedbugs in them. When you get into the room you’d not want to touch anything, forget about sleeping on that terrible bed.

Booked double room, however there only issue single room. The room is very small with no window. One of the room was had leaking geyser

Starting with the type of stay, we booked room with balcony however we were given one without balcony, for your records i can tell it was room no. 105. Secondly washroom was stinking alot. The amount we paid was for room with balcony and we got without balcony moreover room wasn’t upto the mark comparing with the price. Last but not the least while checkout there was not a single person at reception (3:00am). Our uber cab was waiting outside, receptionist phone was switched off i tried here and there but there was noone neither to open the gate as it was locked. This scene continued for half n hour, later a guest was also standing outside with our uber driver they tried opening the gate from outside and that is how were finally able to come out of this place.
