It was a nice two day stay at the hotel and room service is excellent. Had a nice breakfast which had a variety of option with authentic taste and ambience. It's also well connected to other places. I really enjoyed my stay overhear and would love to book again in future during my visit gurugram

Location is very good. Right on the road. Landmarks like cyberhub etc are within very close proximity. Valet parking available. Prompt room service. A wide food menu to choose from. One can manta-in room temperature as per will. Staff greets guests everywhere. Very soft spoken.

Recently i had the experience of staying at the hotel for 3 days for a work trip. Food and rooms are good but other supplements like electrical outlets, sofa and chairs are really outdated. I had so much problems were electricity electric outlets none of the ones that i tried were working. Had called front desk 3 times, all 3 times it was mentioned that it’s fixed but it didn’t. I had so much problem to work late evening as my laptop couldn’t charge. Blinds are remote controlled but there was no remote to control one of the blinds, had asked the room service guy but i never received it. Tv’s are not smart. It was kind of cold in gurgaon when i visited and the shower was not hot enough for the bath.

Booked king bed club room but provided with twin bed. Initially in the name of upgradation allotted 318 which was full of seepage and completely damp.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly, the morning breakfast was amazing but only issue is that the rooms weren’t that great. I had to request for a room change twice due to water leakage from the ac vent and the other time was because the heater wasn’t working in the bathroom.

Great location, a really helpful staff. Old property, not very well maintained. Barely a 3-star, but it’s alright for the price paid. The one huge complaint i have, because of which i would never book this property again, was the shower. It was an absolute assault. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t go back.

Fsg is located at a comfortable distance from the airport and cyberhub in gurugram. The rooms are standard, nothing much to talk about. Food was not up to the mark. Please do not have the south indian food in breakfast. It was under-cooked and very tangy for a singh indian dish. Otherwise an average hotel.

Will not stay here again! itc brand value is missing.

Large property but maintained like 2 star! surprising that itc claims this is a 4 star! staff is enthusiastic but untrained! quality of breakfast and food is very average. Furnishing, fittings and linen is old. Ac thermostats in the rooms are not working!

Rooms are just ok. not very clean . breakfast was good. however dinner was lousy. They even charged for the water kept in room. No complementary fruit busket or cookies as mentioned during booking was available. 9pm entry to swimming pool was locked. Some staff in dinning area was not friendly and professional.

As a frequent traveler, i was eager to experience the luxury promised by a four-star hotel like fortune select. However, my stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the lobby appeared grand, but the charm faded quickly once i reached my room. The first thing i noticed was the stale odor lingering in the air, suggesting poor ventilation or lack of proper cleaning. The disappointment continued as i inspected the bathroom, where i encountered mold spots in the corners and a showerhead that seemed to have seen better days. It's concerning that a supposedly upscale hotel would overlook such basic maintenance. In addition to the subpar cleanliness, the customer service fell short of expectations. The staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs, failing to provide the warm hospitality one would anticipate from a four-star establishment. The fitness center was poorly equipped, and the wi-fi connection was unreliable at best, making it difficult to conduct business or stay connected with loved ones. Overall, my experience at [hotel name] was a far cry from the luxurious retreat i had envisioned. For the price paid, i expected much higher standards of cleanliness, service, and amenities. Regrettably, i cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I don't have any
