Dirty and old with furniture chipping away. Not worth the price. Better to spend a couple of more thousands and stay at a brand than golden tulip. Done.

Spacious and decently clean rooms, bathroom spray was leaking and not attended till my duration of 3-night stay, courteous staff, breakfast options are less but sufficient, masala tea taste can be improved

First of all i think make my trip remove this hotel from 5 star hotel, its a moreover 3. Star hotel, small bathroom and price they are charging, also they do have breakfast like 5 star hotel

Property is good but not maintained as per price they charged. The staff was cooperative and rooms were not having all the basic amenities in comparison with other hotels with same brand value.

Good hotel. Staff and team is active and accomodative to requests. Food was good. Room was pretty corporate type. So good for someone on work tour

Very terrible stay. Although, the staff is nice, welcoming, and accomodating, but the stay was not as nice, we were excited to try their breakfast buffet but it was horrendous. The sandwiches had insects in them, the donuts and tea cakes were stale and hard as a stone. The rooms themselves are fine, however, the insulation is not good you can hear everything going outside. The bathtub seemed old and wasn't clean and also had stains all over it. Our room had a couple of small insects as well. I can't comprehend why this hotel is so expensive for being so below average. You can find much better hotels at half the price of what they charge with better and most importantly, hygienic facilities. I do not recommend this place at all! again, the staff was the nicest, 5 stars to them, but the hotel is just not it!

Centrally located at the posh area of gurgaon close to all business hubs. The breakfast was delicious and tasty.

Beautiful stay. The food at the restaurant was too good to be true. The only drawback was the flies everywhere in the balcony.

The hotel catered to our every need, given that we were patient with their service. On our special occasion, they made sure to take care of us. The staff is courteous and respectful. I have couple recommendations, 1. Proper training would eliminate confusion between the front office brigade and 2. There were a few bugs inside the room, though cleanliness is top par. All in all, i would recommend this hotel & i really appreciate the staff!

Smell fragrance of hotel was not good. Hard to get guest of new generation. Need to modify. Vibe was like for 80s people, this hotel is charging same amount as 5 star hotel, but property is not worth, please change the fragrance of hotel. If hotel is reading this call me for detailed review, i can tell you exactly what was not good

Rooms were mediocre, toilets very badly designed, a guy would fall getting out of the tub. The soap dispenser not working and the rooms just smell “old” whist in this does not appear to be an old property.

Everything was nice but the only problem was that the room i got was different from the room . Room and bathroom were smaller

Stay was super nice hotel was nice, staff was very cooperative and food is supreme. Clean corridors, well managed staff and they gave us a lil surprise by upgrading our room. Thank you
