Overpriced and poorly maintained.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost. The cleanliness was subpar, and i initially faced issues with the deluxe room i had booked - there was no hot water. Despite multiple requests, i was eventually shifted to a much smaller room. The overall service, maintenance, and food quality were below expectations. Not worth the price.

Cockroaches room not neat. Breakfast have sour taste. Washroom have cockroaches. All in all not that great as per name of lemon tree

The property is situated on walking distance from bani square, gurgaon. Meals were delicious and were prepared at hotel's inhouse restaurant and had sufficient quantity for my family. The staff serviced promptly and with a smile.

Not a good experience

I had a female colleague travelling, her room was repeatedly knocked in the late night. I was given a room on different floor, when i received this information i immediately confronted their staff but the admin staff took it very lightly. Not at all expected form lemon tree. Moreover this knock was done by their housekeeping staff despite me complaining about it
