One room condition was very poor. Size was very small and there was heavy suffocation. Geyser was also not working. Available staff response was poor.

The stay is good but they asking 150 rs for changing the supreme room convert into another room suprem room is not good that’s why i’m changing another room and they asking 150rs extra

Pathetic rooms - no ventilation and not worth the price at all. They have rooms like cubicles and very small rooms

The room was clean and also comfortable. The view from balcony was also good and got fresh air in morning since there was garden in front of the hotel. Room service was also good, got fresh water for drinking and with no cost.

Comfortable stay. However basic amenity like drinking water is not there in room. One has to ask for it and is chargeable. Also tea service is available post 8 am which is too late.

Room and washroom were neat and clean. Everything was good, staff was also helpful. There was some odour in the hall which when i informed them was rectified.

There was no board suggesting this is nu-ab house. It was a great experience in terms of check-in because the property owner allowed me 1 hour before the check-in timings. But when i entered the room some smell was coming & i think it was due to damp walls. Also there was no foot mat in the room not even in-front of the bathroom gate. Tv was not working that is why i rated 3 for this property.

The room was different than it was displayed. Very small room and bathroom. When i asked them why is it different, they are giving excuses like its the same as it was displayed. I argued with them but they didn’t listen.
