I checked on the first day itself because there was no staff. They said they are hiring boys. So no one carry luggage. No one to provide tea etc. I called make my trip twice to get my refund of day 2. Both times ghe executive assured that they will talk to hotel and get back. But no call back. It's not just that the hotel was bad. Even make my trip services are poor

My stay was nice. I stayed for 2 consecutive days. The room was good. Hotel doesn't provide the food but you can bring or order your food from outside and it will be delivered to your room.

Check in experience was poor. Room was ok. The shower gel and soap dispenser was not working. Common balcony for all rooms is a security threat. Used linen was lying next to the room all night. Car parking ramp is not proper, my car got hit from below while reversing. Very average experience!

The room was very clean when i visited, the washroom was also clean the bed was good and the bedsheets didn't seem used and overall it was a safe stay

Very neat and clean rooms. Washroom also very clean. Arvind is very polite and courteous. Location is prime and has plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is at a location where you can feel safe. I recommend this place.

It was a mess, found used bottles in the room, probably from previous guest, used toilet roll. Water all over in toilet due to leakage.

Room i was staying in head no window. No tissue paper in bathroom the cattle was broken the bed sheet was not clean. Overall room and service was fine but it could be better.

Sheets had marks on it and we're nit clean. Room had pungent smell. Not a good experience. It should have been more clean hygienic.
