I always used to book this property when travel-ling to gurgaon for being stay. Would never ever recommend to book it after they have changed their staff. Pathetic room service, pathetic cleanliness. The guy at the reception is always playing games on his phone. Manager was not available for the complete 8hrs long stay. Sad, this used to be one of the best properties.

Certainly! here's an example of poor feedback for a hotel: - "i was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a foul smell. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the water pressure was nonexistent. The staff was unhelpful and rude, ignoring my concerns and requests. The hotel advertised amenities that either didn’t exist or were not functional. Overall, a terrible experience, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I recently stayed at octave orchid and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment i checked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. The lobby had a modern yet cozy ambiance, and check-in was quick and efficient. Overall, my stay at octave vista met all expectations.
