Food was not good also one day i had someone to visit me for an hour or so they started calling on fone and started asking me to pay another 1500 for that visitor stay which was something weird the person did not come for a stay came to say hi we were meeting after so long if i have guests i will inform hotel that i have someone who will be staying with me tonight. So had a bad experince i booked the long stay paid good amount for my booking but not happy need to improve customer service.

stay at park plaza, gurgaon was a wonderful experience, overall staff is very supportive and service oriented. hotel and room ambiance was good, room was very clean, maintained and hygienic. restaurant and bar was nicely maintained and food quality, taste and variety also was good. overall nice experience… strongly recommended…

This was my 2 nd time stay in Park Plaza. This time I went with my parents, we all had an amazing experience again with this property. Rooms are very nice clean, good mannered staff and ready to help u. Food is also very nice. Cleanliness of washrooms are also maintained nicely. Overall very satisfying stay and we r looking forward to visit again after some time 👍

I asked them to increase my hotel timings by half an hour since my flight got delayed. They declined. Even though i checkin 4 hours late

I enjoyed the stay. Very nice and clean place. Very polite staffs. Hospitality provided by the staff and the receptionist was simple the best. Breakfast was amazing.

Good hotel but old property, need renovation and improvements in breakfast/foods very much required. Also reception person mr. Praveen could be more humble towards customer’s request, when you stayed 5 days in hotel.
