It was an average hotel, rooms were very old, but room size is big, bathroom is also fine although staff is not that good

When i went to check in(it was a late check-in of around 8:00p. M) but i informed the same on the app beforehand, there was no one available at the counter. I kept on waiting for few minutes. Later, i called on the provided number hence a person came. The hospitality was good. I got what i asked for. When it comes to room, it was stinky little bit. I gore room freshner then. Floor was also not very clean upto my expectations. Overall it was fine. I can consider visiting again. Thankyou

Room not cleaned properly and smelly, water bottles are there in room but water inside them is having visible impurities also bottles are not sealed.

It was good, rooms were clean, service and staff is also good. Location is not that good though but can be avoided considering other goods of the stay.

The staff at the reception wasn’t very welcoming and helping. A little too rude at times and took a lot of time of ours to check in and give us our room keys.

Room is found to be dusty, even walls and chairs were not cleaned properly, a visitor should need to ask for all the services, even bedsheets and pillo cover were kept same. A big question about hygiene.

Worst hotel, with dirty rooms and furniture. There was a mouse in the room which caused damage to our food items and went into the suitcases and purse. Lot of power cuts, beds and furniture were stained. At midnight when the mouse started creating disturbance, went into our food bag tore the bag and other items, i called up the front desk, they said "toh sir usme ham kya kare. Rude staff senior manager mr. Vikrant was the worst to talk to. Not recommended if you are looking for a pleasant stay.

i found my stay experience very good , hotel service was prompt and facilities were nice , stay was pleasant and staff was well behaved and prompt whenever i asked for anything. i enjoyed my stay at rosewood thoroughly. only thing is some services mentioned in google were not there like swimming pool which is the only thing misleading to me but it might be because of google.

When i reached at the property no one was there at the property I called them like 30 times no one answered the call. at last I have to go in the basement and woke one of the person from hotel staff . Worst breakfast i have ever seen .not worth staying here
