It's not a 24hours hotel. If you come late night after 1am you will find it's main door locked without any guard. No one will open gate and if luck is in your side then someone may pick your call to open gate.

Great property amazing service everything is so perfect. Cyber city is 2 km you can easily get the auto. Metro stn is 1 km. This is the perfect place in gurugram.

Dinner at royal residence is good. Breakfast ok types. Bathroom was not fully clean. Towels were not at par.

Only few varietes in breakfast. Almost everything finished in breakfast before 9:30 am. No tea no fruits. Mosquitoes present in room. Bed sheets dirty

This hotel is is providing cpntract stay to some banks or clmpane lots of crowed stayed in this hotel kn shared basis and lots disturbances coming from other room they provided me tin bed room but my booking was for deluxe room, room is very bad and not maintained properly even after rooms are available they are providing priority to they contract companies. Feels link i was staying in hostel

You won't get for what you pay, the room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. The quilt seems like it was meant for small babies. They joined 2 single bed together, you won't be able to have a comfortable sleep if you're travel-ling as a couple as the middle joint of the mattress was very stiff. Although the location is fine, but not having yhe basic amenities sorted out is a big big no for me. Asked for a better room at reception, however was told that all the rooms are the same. Won't be choosing this hotel for the next time. Really not worth it for this much price.
