Dirty unhygienic room

The room was extremely dirty. There were spider webs everywhere. Even the bed head was damaged and dirty. The balcony had food leftovers from the previous guests. Bathroom was extremely poor. The soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. They were too dirty to even touch. There were white scales in the bathroom everywhere. Cigarette buds were scattered in the balcony. Even the couch cover had multiple marks of food stain and cigarette burn marks. The utensils in the kitchen were also used and dirty and were not cleaned as per the standards so we couldn't even cook. Our whole idea of cooking and staying failed because of that.

Everything was bad. Corridor stinking, only one care taker and that too between 10-5, change of bedsheet on request, no hot water etc etc however arjun paswan, despite been alone, looked after all guests when ever available

The room is very beautiful with fully operational kitchen with all the needed utensils, all the sanitary were provided, the helper is very polite and helpful in nature, all overall the property is best

Whole room was full of ciagrette smoke smell. The vibe of the room is not at all good. Induction was not functioning. Overall bad experience

Good staycation spot, nearby clubs and restaurants. Accessible shops, had multiple requirements which got fulfilled just by walking down in the mall or near by places. Delivery guy is not allowed tho.

It was terrible as we pre-booked like 4-5 days early still on the day of booking they shifted the property which was not good at all, it was so dirty and no service was provided

After reaching the place nobody guided us no person available we didn't even know our room number we called ayush but he did not pick up our call. After so many attempts he what's up us and sent some other person's number we already waited for approximately 20-25 minutes. The first time i have faced this kind of behavior.

Microwave was not working, walls were dirty. Couch had dirt marks on it like it hasn’t been cleaned from a very long time

Place was not completely clean as there were insects roaming around in the bathroom and kitchen area. Bathroom door was about to get break and fridge wasn't working properly. Staff was not helpful in fixing the issue.
