There is no room service. They dont even have lock. Room and washroom was dirty. Staff was rude. Service was worst.

Horrible, as soon as i checked-in, i find the place so shabby & full of odour that i cannot stay for a moment & immediately booked another hotel from mm t & moved away. Photos uploaded are fake & location of the property is also not as it is provided . I completely wasted my money,

Unfortunately the room i was given didn't have outsid key, so i had to really think about going out of hotel. I had to make a difficult choice to leave my bags guarded with the reception person till i come back to hotel. Bed sheets were slightly stained and bathroom was not nearly as clean. Water flow in the tap was just manageable. Area was decent. But there wish the room would have been slightly better.

they ask for security deposit which they return at your checkout and they try to handover cash, they told me to get it in up i but it will be late by 2 days, i agreed and it’s been over 1 week it’s not been trsnsferred. The receptionist is not a receptionist he talks like an owner of the property he told me if i am asking for my money it’s my fault that i did not accept the cash amount, the staff is super incompetent, you ask them something they will never deliver, they have unnecessary taxes and charge, which is written on the mini bar in the room. The location is quite unsafe, the fridge wasn’t working. Outside food is not allowed. It’s not a hotel it’s a jail.

Room was avg with mosquito but size is big. Food is good. Ambience is average. Location is good. Staff are well behaved. Towel provide to me was avg. No lift in hotel.
