After 6 hr journey we reached but while boarding the didn’t offer water n many of things were missed in the room like bucket, mug, dental kit, bathroom spillers n all moreover the menu which was shared with us was having wrong price tags n its leads to misguidance.

We arrived late still our check in was delayed due to some mehendi functions going on in the property, there was so much chaos within the staff that they couldn’t focus anywhere else, i got my room after 25 min of waiting at the reception after which i saw thqt the room were not properly cleaned, there was no water in the room, guests from other rooms were mistakenly entering our room as they thought that the entire property is booked by them, even the staff once came asking key of some other room, had to request for water twice. Service very disappointing

Rooms were very very small. Smell all around. Paint was coming out of the wall. The tv remote was not working and all of sudden the tv stopped working at night. Poor service

1. Very poor room service 2. Size of bed is small 3. Even they don't have bed sheets to change for two days stay 4. Washroom not working properly even after reminder no one come to resolve the issue. 5. Towels not provided if i would have option to change i will definitely chane hotel first day only my bed luck i paid money for both the days

It was an extremely poor experience. The rooms were shabby, the bathroom was dirty, the taps were broken, the geyser was faulty. Moreover the hotel staff was totally nonchalant and the services were abysmal. All in all, could not have had a worse hotel experience. The blithe unconcern of the hotel staff towards the guests is concerning to say the least

the overall experience at this hotel was below average. the lunch was just okay, and the service was noticeably delayed, which made the experience frustrating. the breakfast was very disappointing—not a single dish stood out in terms of taste or quality. to add to the issues, the check-in process was delayed beyond the scheduled time, which was inconvenient. the only positive aspect is that it’s okay for the budget, but i wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for quality service or food.
